    Good resistance and handles comfortable BUT need to have a longer set of bands, a little short for total extension.

    I really like using the bands, very good quality. The handles aren't as good. I have used my handles for 5 10 minute workouts and they are breaking. The nylon handle is breaking the plastic handle. You might want to tape the edges before using.

    Very disappointed in how durable the bands are. They are coming out of the handles in mid-exercise after only 50-60 days. I was lucky that it didn't injure me when it happened and I wouldn't recommend these to anyone else. It's a shame too as the rest of the products I've purchased have been first class.
