As promised here is the combination P90X, Insanity and HIIT workout routine we are following. Chris is looking to primarily build muscle while I am looking to get even more toned and lean up further.

Note: Kettlebell workout coming soon. In the interim, consider substituting with this alternate easy HIIT workout.

bellaitalia8811 wrote 476 Days Ago (neutral) 0hi ive been working out since i was 13 i started to do the firm and got down to 116lbs but i felt i was to muscular so i started to do pilates i got down to 108lbs,i had gained weight and was up to 160..i then started to do billy blankes a hour a day and i got down to 128 in about 5 months then i started to workout a lil less and still got down to 113lbs..now for the past 8 months i havnt been able to lose any weight, its becoming so hard to even drop a pound ive been working out everyday i even started going to a gym for 2 weeks i was doing 20-40 mins cardio plus abs and weights and i didnt lose anything i have felt strong and see more definition but the weight just isnt coming off its so fustrating and hard i workout everyday watch what i eat and the weight just isnt coming off like it use to i donno what im doing wrong???? im 5'4 146lbs and want to get back to 128lbs my ideal goal is to be at 115lbs again but i would be happy with getting down to 128 in 2 months please help me i was thinking on getting the insanity workouts to maybe jump start my weight loss bc my bodys so useto working out maybe i need something to puss me harder i donno anymore and i need help!! please i donno what im doing wrong and why i cant seem to turn that "weight loss" switch on again please help me0 pointsbabypoo4u wrote 700 Days Ago (neutral) 0When are you going to post your kettlebell workout??0 points
