For those who own all three programs, here's a fun 8 week hybrid workout:

This is for people who have been through at last 1 round of at least 2 of the programs.

I will keep "cardio first followed by a HIIT" in my workout files. Have a great holiday season! However, there is a logic to doing cardio followed by a HIIT. The first (cardio) should be done at 65% of MHR (maximum heart rate) which would access fat as the primary fuel for caloric expenditure and the HIIT (I actually would not follow cardio with more than a 15 minute HIIT) would then send you into an anaerobic state but at high intensity which actually would extend the post workout metabolic increase AND have you burn more calories from fat during that post workout burn period. If I were to incorporate this, I'd do it as a replacement for the TF Fire 55 EZ workout or exchance the Insanity Max Cardio for it. I didn't know if it was a typo or not. If it is correct, what is the reasoning of doing a Fire and a HIIT in the same day? Just curious! I trust your knowledge completely...just trying to learn more! Thank You, Kimberly0 points
