I received my order of shakeology and I liked the smell of the chocolate....I've tried with water and with skim milk...I liked both, going to to try with coffee next and blend with ice to make what I think will be a tasty coffee smoothie like drink.

Now I'm not fussy usually when it comes to food, Ill try anything, but when I tried the green drink....it was tough to get it all down. I think I can force myself to drink them....but not so enjoyable......I think Nancy you mentioned once in an email you had some recipes for these.......I'm hoping somebody has some good ideas.......

I'm pleasantly pleased with how filling these are........

thanks

Ricci,

I mix orange juice and frozen strawberries with my greenberry Skakeology.  I only use about 1/4 cup of orange just though.

It tastes great!  I must admit, when I used water or milk, I didn't like it either.

Also, if you're not against using Splenda, add as many packs as you need to sweeten it up a bit to make the experience a little more tolerable.

Hi Ric,

'Taste' is so variable between people.  While most people do like the chocolate shakeology the best, I actually like the green berry better.  I'm actually not keen at all with the chocolate.

Best taste on the chocolate version was when it was mixed with water, ice, 1/2 banana and 1 tblsp peanut butter.

I'll drink green berry with water but it's really good with a mix of berries (raspberry, blueberry and/or strawberry) and either milk and/or low sugar orange juice (I buy Tropicana brand low sugar OJ).  As fruit, berries are fairly low sugar.  Also green berry (I think) is good  with 1/2 banana and low sugar OJ.  And I like it with flavored yogurt.  Now that will add more sugar so it's a taste/sugar trade off.

However, as a person who prefers green berry over chocolate, you may find my judgement (and hence my recipe suggestions) impaired.  Undecided
