Some people dont' want to eat meat and others are concerned about meat's fat content.  If you fall into one of these categories I have some recommendations for you.  Chris and I have tried several of the Morning Star soy/veggie meat substitution offerings and found several of them quite tasty.  Here are our top recommendations:

Spicy Black Bean Burgers:  You can zap these in the microwave or fry them up in a pan.  We ladle on a tablespoon or two of an organic salsa (Archer Farms brand) that I buy at my nearby Super Target and the result is a very good mexican burger.  Add a generous serving of veggies and you have a great meal.  There is only about 11 grams of protein in each burger so you'll eat one or two depending on your diet allowances.

Chicken tenders:  FAR less fat than a traditional chicken tender and reasonably tasty.

Buffalo Wings:  We like these.  Reasonably spicey with good flavor.
