Have you ever wondered how effective these meal replacement programs like Nutrasystem Jenny Craig and Medifast are? Well the truth is that it depends. What you need to look for is a well rounded program that offers you support.
Also, what I like about the Medifast program in particular is that it is high protein, low calorie. That sends your body into a fat burning state more quickly than other programs do. And it does have the support you need. You do end up cooking your own dinners most of the time which is a bit more work than the others. But it’s also a lot cheaper.
