Coach Preston Witt
Hey, I’m Preston Witt and I am a Mechanical Engineer from Nebraska. I have been an avid weight lifter and very active in sports ever since I was in 8th grade. I was always told to eat a lot and lift a lot so that I could get big and strong to play football. Well I did get big and strong…and eventually strong and fat. I was in college and trying to continue to put on weight for college football.
One summer, actually the summer I started dating my future wife, I started watching what I ate and ended up losing 40 pounds. I dropped from 250 to 210. That was an amazing transformation in itself. Then throughout the rest of my college years I continued to eat better and try to do more cardio but could never really lose anymore
weight and was stuck around 200lbs. Up until this last February I was trying all sorts of “wild” diets and workout plans but none of them really worked or kept me healthy. This last February I started P90X due to the birth of my daughter and because I had to try it since the guys on the infomercial were getting such great results. After the first round of 90 days I lost around 20lbs. That was absolutely amazing. I struggled with the diet at some times but have gotten better each round and my results keep getting better.
Since I had some great results and I have beat obesity…I decided to promote P90X and other workout programs by becoming an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. I thought that if I could help others, continue with my fitness gain, and making some more cash on the side would increase my health even more. There is no way that I will go back to being overweight…so I know my abs are here to stay.
From now on I will be promoting a healthy and fit lifestyle to all my family and friends. If I can become very fit and in the best shape of my life, I know anyone can. Stop by my site and www.yourelitefitness.com and checkout some of my pictures and posts. I will continue to show my results and transformations on there so everyone can see. Please contact me there with any questions or comments you might have.
Thanks for your time and good luck in all that you do.
