My Personal Rev Abs Review

Here’s what I like about this program. I have Shaun T’s Insanity program and I do like it a lot. Insanity’s super intense program will rip fat off your core and improve your speed, power and endurance. BUT Insanity really requires those attempting it to have a solid level of fitness that many folks who want to lose body fat simply don’t have. Try Insanity when out of shape and you risk injury and certainly may get so overwhelmed that you will want to quit. Rev Abs has ab exercises, intense interval training and even some weight lifting to get you fit while you rip the fat off but, unlike Insanity, it has a beginner’s version to follow along to until you are ready to move up to the more intense version of the workout. This makes it a better choice for those of us who are just getting back into a fitness mindset, who want to lose our coach potato physique and who really want to get ripped abs along with getting a total body makeover.
