Today Nancy and I did Shoulders and a little bit of Abs work. Yesterday in my post I said we were going to do legs, apparently I was wrong. Speaking of yesterday we worked our chest and biceps, and my chest is super sore. Nancy had me up the weight I was using, and it seemed to have payed off.
I feel like I got lucky with the Shoulders + Abs routine, although my Abs is starting to hurt. I was not looking forward to a Legs workout, so the shoulders routine was a pleasant surprise that is until we started. Man I forgot how difficult this workout can be, I was dying by the second super set. Even though the workout was pretty painful, it seemed to fly by. Before I knew it we were working our Abs, and that wasn’t very pleasant. We did crunches on the medicine ball with weights, and it definitely did the trick, I can feel my Abs getting sorer by the second. I bet I am one hurting unit by tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow is the Legs routine, and still I am not really ready for it. I know Nancy is really going to push, which is a good thing, but I also know it’s going to hurt. I’m not very strong in my legs, and I am slowly working to change that. My least favorite move has got to be the hamstring curls, but I also seriously dislike the heavy squats. In any case this calls for a good night of sleep, so I will be going to bed early tonight. Have a great night everyone.
