P90X Week 13 – Kenpo X.

Today we decided to do Kenpo X, and I feel like I may have mastered this workout. I found the workout not nearly as challenging as in the past.

I was actually trying to sweat more by running faster, and doing more moves than Tony & the crew. I cant wait to start round 2, and still feel like P90X is one of the best things that ever happened to me.
