CoachChr1s front 225x300 Turbo Fire 25 minute HITI woke up this morning feeling less tired than yesterday; however my throat felt worse despite taking vitamin C, and immunity boosters. Nancy and I decided to skip our Ab routine or more like I convinced her. We decided to skip, because neither of our Abs have fully recovered, and conveniently we have recently been discussing the benefits of proper recovery, and Nancy couldn’t argue. So we did the 25 minute Turbo Fire HIT workout, and I was pretty tired by the time we finished. Working out with a cold is difficult, but not impossible. Even though I felt exhausted by the end of the workout, all in all it did make me feel better.

Tomorrow will be another full body workout, and I am planning on going all out. I’m looking to get a good pump from the workout. In attempt to maintain my pump, I might do a few curls with a resistance band before I head out for the night. I sure hope all the vitamin C and immunity boosters I’m taking wipes this cold out. Not only do I want to be full of energy for the workout, I have to be full of energy for the rehearsal dinner I have to attend later that night. I will definitely go to bed early tonight, or as soon as the Husker game ends. GO BIG RED, and have a great night everyone.
