Oct 9th, 2009 | By Coach Chris | Category: P90X Transformation DiaryWhat a good workout! First I would like to mention Nancy did 7 (unassisted) Reverse Grip Pull-ups in a row during today’s workout. Nancy’s determination is what has allowed her to make such a major improvement. She is in every sense of the word committed to achieving the body she desires. Further more her determination and improvement is fuel for me to push myself just as hard as she does. This is why I think having a workout buddy is important. Another reason I believe having a workout buddy is beneficial is the accountability factor. If you no show, they will know, if you aren’t bringing it, they will know, and if your form needs improvement, they can assist you.
I’m not saying a workout buddy is a necessity, I’m just saying it can make P90X (in a way) a little less difficult. That being said, I have tremendous respect for anyone who completes P90X on there own.
