It&#039;s different for everyone because the calories you burn will be based on your base metabolic rate, your weight specifically (which influences your base metabolic rate) and your intensity doing the exercise (obviously if you jump higher you burn more calories than jumping lower).  Moreover it does change intensity during the workout.  

Rather than focus on calories, just consider that it&#039;s a high intensity workout which means your metabolism will be raised post workout for a longer time than doing a steady state exercise.</description>
