The idea of what aging really entails is fascinating to me. What is age? Sure there is a chronological age we cannot move back. I’m 51 now and by the end of this year I’ll be 52. There’s no escaping that natural progression for any living being. But what’s my biological age? Less than a year ago, I would have said my biological age was actually greater than my then 50 year old chronological age.

What I’ve been able to experience is an age reversal process. When you eat properly and exercise intensely regularly and with focus and precision, you can bring about amazing results.

As we age, if we are inactive our muscles atrophy. But you can grow muscle even if you are over 50 years old. In fact, there is no ‘expiry’ date on our muscles, they can be exercised and challeged as we get older. Moreover, when you eat to fuel your muscle growth and recovery process, you can experience some other great benefits like an improved skin tone and fuller hair (that’s all thanks to increased and better absorbed protein sources) and even more energy.

I’ve totally reshaped my view of my future over 50 and I hope I can encourage you to do that also. Take a chance and commit to your future today – you’ll be glad you did!
