P90X Week 7 – Yoga X.
Sep 24th, 2009 | By Coach Chris | Category: P90X Transformation DiaryThis week during Yoga X I was finally able to do the Crain pose. I have been attempting this pose since our first Yoga X workout. Now I did not hold the pose for 60 seconds as he asks, but I was able to hold the pose for about 25 seconds. I can’t wait to try again and see how well I do next time.
I find Yoda X to be very challenging. As I have stated in previous posts I have very poor balance, and I’m not very flexible. That is why I find yoga x so challenging. Now that I have something to look forward to, I’m hoping it will help my out look on yoga x.






i do Yoga everyday for the purpose of relaxation. Yoga really helps me in getting a very relaxed mind and body
Wow – that’s great. I’m more of a high intensity workout person myself but I do appreciate all the things that yoga can do for us. It is good for relaxation while working just about your whole body. Thanks for sharing!
