Yesterday we did the chest, shoulders and triceps workout. A lot of push ups! And while I didn’t notice it so much I must have really worked my triceps because I can really feel them today!

Today we did Plyometrics and, like always, sweated buckets. But every time I do this tough workout, I see some improvement – form gets better or I get faster performing the reps. It makes it all worthwhile.

Tomorrow is another new routine. Biceps and Back. I’m looking forward to doing some unassisted pull ups. It’s funny, once you can get one pull up out, you get kind of addicted. I want to see how many I can get out in one pass by the end of the 90 days. Call me weird but I never thought I’d be doing pull ups at 50 and it’s amazing that I can.
