Tough? … Yes. But we plowed through it and we completed the workouts. Tomorrow is Plyometrics. I thought I sweat alot today but I’m guessing tomorrow’s workout will have me sweating even further.
We worked out in the morning and I’m not too sore just yet but we’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
Sore or not, we’ll be bringing it!

Update the the Day 1 Transformation (Sept. 5):
We are now almost finished with the first 4 weeks of P90X. This has been a challenge but the results (we’ll be taking pictures on Day 30 and posting them) have been amazing. Chris’ results after less than 2 weeks were clearly visible and he’s only gotten better. As for this 50 year old woman, I’ve taken over 3″ off my waist and more off my hips, thighs and arms.
