Today Nancy and I tried something new. Nancy was reading, and doing research this weekend, and stumbled across a workout routine that interested her. This entire week, from my understanding will be “Nancy’s Experiment Week”.
Our workout today consisted of Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, and Bicep moves. We did two sets per muscle group, with extremely heavy weights. After we finished the upper body weights we did some HIT training. We did Kettle Bell, and Jumping Jacks for 30 seconds as fast as we could, then rest and repeat. All in all it was a pretty good workout, however I feel like it could have used a few more set of weight training.
Tomorrow is a toss up; I literally have no idea what we will be doing. I know that it should be an Abs day, but I haven’t a clue as to what Nancy has planned. I can tell you this, I am going to bed early tonight nothing like a Monday to make you want extra sleep, well it’s not Monday, but you know what I mean.
