Nancy’s Experiment Legs & Back

Today Nancy and I continued down the rabbit hole that this weeks experiment. Today’s installment is the Legs & Back edition, and did I mention I seriously dislike working my legs! Nancy plucked a few of the leg moves from the P90X legs & back workout, and she added a few I’ve never seen. For the back portion of the workout we did wide fly pull-ups and reverse grip pull-ups, plus we did some lawn mowers with 35 pounders at 12 reps.
After we finished working our legs and back, we moved on to our abdominal section. Using the medicine ball we did some oblique v-ups, and some bicycles, and a few other moves. Just when I thought we were done Nancy told me it’s time for some HIT training. I was pretty tired by the time it was all done, and I have to say it was a pretty good workout. I can’t wait for my healthy steak wraps for dinner; I hope everyone has a great night.
