P90X – Chest & Back – 1 Year Down

CoachChr1s front P90X   Chest & Back   1 Year DownToday was Nancy’s and my one year anniversary of P90X. It’s hard to believe a full year has gone by since Nancy and I started P90X. We both have come a long way, and I still have a long way to go. I am still struggling to put on mass the legit way, and to anyone who is trying to bulk up, but has trouble putting on mass, I FEEL YOUR PAIN! Putting on the amount of mass I want takes time, everyone I’ve read about says depending on where you start it will take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 years. I’ll get there though; I just need to eat more, like Nancy constantly tells me.

Even though Nancy and I have been at P90X for a full year, that first workout (Chest & Back) is still incredibly tough! Granted we are both lifting heavier weights, and completing more pull-ups and push-ups, but it’s still really tough. I really ate like a pig on Sunday for cheat day, and I am definitely paying for it today. I did good during our workout, however towards the end on diamond push-ups, I was starting to collapse. I guess that’s how I know I pushed myself to the breaking point, lol it sure felt like I was about to break.

Tomorrow is Abs day, and I have a feeling we will be doing Nancy’s Ab workout version 1.2. I complained about how many in & outs there were in the version 1.1, so she said she made some changes. I’m excited to see just what changes she made, and what I can pick on to complain about.. Just kidding, well I hope everyone has a good night, and don’t forget to keep pressing play.
