Decided to try out this core session today. I was not disappointed! This routine REALLY works your obliques. So if you, like me, want to have some fierce obliques, this is a routine sure to develop them.
What surprised me is how fast the 20 minutes seemed to pass. Most of the moves are on your feet but there are some that you do from the floor. Chalene makes good use of a resistance band to increase the intensity of some of the moves.
I’m looking forward to doing this workout again!
