P90X – Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps.

CoachChr1s front P90X   Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps.First I would like to say that in my opinion taking a full 8 days off of working out is crazy. Nancy and I did ARX yesterday + Ab-Straps & Ab-Wheel, and my gut feels like I was hit by a train. After the last two days of incredible soreness, I’m not sure I’ll ever take that much time off of workout again. I may not do a full workout, but I am definitely doing something to keep the muscles active.

Today Nancy and I did the P90X workout Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps. It was brutal, and I couldn’t believe how weak I have gotten. Normally I would grab the 30 pounders for a couple of the bicep moves, but I didn’t even want to think about trying to lift those things. I still pushed my self to the point where I couldn’t lift the weights anymore, I’m just used to heavier weight.

Tomorrow will bring on another day of ARX hell, and I’m not sure I will be ready for it. I’m just scared I’ll still be sore, given how sore I am right now. I can tell you this either way I will Bring-It. None the less every time I flex my gut I can feel top to bottom every muscle in my abdominal section, I can’t remember the last time my gut felt this sore. I’m sure it will be all good tomorrow; I hope everyone has a great night.
