P90X – Legs & Back!

CoachChr1s front P90X   Legs & Back!Today Nancy and I did the P90X workout Legs & Back. I feel really good about our workout, we were both sweating bullets, and I stepped up in weights. Usually I avoid weights, on almost all the moves, but not today. I was using weights for most of the workout, and I have a good feeling I will be a hurting unit tomorrow.

Tonight my buddy and I are going to the gym for an upper body workout. I’m excited, because I feel like has been helping me reach my goal, of adding mass. We go all out, and do a few moves, that aren’t in P90X. I definitely like hitting the bench press, and there is a triceps machine, that really pumps my arms, and shoulders up.

We are taking a long break, so I won’t be back until Tuesday. I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th!
