One on One – Just Arms!

Today Nancy and I tried the One on One workout Just Arms for the first time. I definitely like this workout, and my arms got really pumped up.
One of the things that I liked the most about the workout was how Tony works the top of the forearms. This is something you don’t see much of in P90X, but he really gets them burning in the Just Arms workout. Tony also an incline bicep curl, that I really like, it really gets the nugget as Tony would say.
Tomorrow Nancy and I are doing ARX plus the One on One Medicine Ball workout. Nancy did it on Saturday and she said it really works the core out. I excited to see just how wacky Tony is in this workout. He was pretty wacky in the Just Arms workout; he is Tony unscripted as Nancy would say. Well I’ll let you guys know what I think.
