Getting Fit While Giving Praise

Nancy-Front-070410-Webbanner-150wI’m slowly working through my Body Gospel set.  I’ll be honest that I got this to see what it was like so I could better recommend it to the right people.  Overall I’m impressed as I tend to be with Beachbody workout programs.  This is another very well planned, complete set sure to help a lot of people.

This workout series is best for people who would like a spiritual connection while they work out.   However, the music is not so intrusive that you have to want to be in a religious mood to use them.  In fact it’s just nice (dare I say praiseworthy?) music to listen to overall and it’s when you do listend a bit closer you notice the lyrics give praise.

From a workout perspective, this is a progessive workout for beginner to moderate level exercisers.  So if you’ve been a couch potato for years, you need not be intimidated by this workout.  Just start at the very beginning and work up.  If you have been moderately exercising, you may want to jump in at Week 2 or 3′s schedule.

Fantastic for a small church group or at home, this is a workout you’ll rejoice over.
