Climbing Icebergs!

CoachChr1s front Climbing Icebergs!First I like to say I hope everyone had a great 4th, and I hope everyone still has all there fingers. I had a nice long break off, in fact I didn’t even workout on Monday. I don’t want to make excuses but I was sore all weekend from my workout with Zach. We really got a good workout in, and did a few moves and machines we had done yet.

I was so sore, and to add to it Saturday morning, we went swimming out on a lake. The lake has these huge inflatable floating icebergs, they have handles scattered around so you can climb to the top and jump off. I quickly learned that climbing these icebergs was no easy task. Some of the handles were missing, and there was nowhere to stop. On top of that the damn thing is like 20 feet tall. The hardest part had to be pulling myself out of the water. The handles were so high out of the water, by the time I grabbed one half of my body was out of the water. Needless to say I only climbed the big one once.

Today Nancy and I did ARX, and that was it. Nancy was up all night, with indigestion as we saved our cheat day for Monday, and we all went out to Cheeseburger in Parades for dinner, and pigged out. I was ok with doing ARX, and nothing else, as I was little tired myself. Tomorrow I think we are going to try the Tony Horton One on One “Just Arms” workout. I’ll be sure to let everyone know what I think. Have a great night.
