ARX + TF-HIT 15!

When I woke up this morning I definitely thought I was good to go for a killer Abs session, boy was I wrong. I could still feel a little soreness, but I didn’t think much of it. As soon as I sat down and started to do my In & Outs, I knew I was done for. During the Fogy move I continually had to set my feet down, my Abs were hurting so bad. And of course I have Nancy sitting next to me making it look easy, and making me look like a woos.
After I struggled through the rest of ARX, we started the Turbo Fire HIT 15 minute workout. When I say I struggled through ARX that is what I mean, I was dying during the Mason twists and I didn’t even grab a med ball. Lucky for me the TF HIT workout doesn’t focus much on the abdominal section, so I was able to push my self a little harder. I was sweating like a pig by the time we finished the workout, and so was Nancy. I like how much I can get out of a 15min workout, even if I feel lost in all the different moves at times.
Tomorrow is Legs & Back.. Not my favorite, but definitely necessary. My chicken legs need a workout; I can only imagine how sore I will be Friday night and Saturday morning. I might need a wheel chair Saturday morning, depending on how hard I push myself tomorrow. Pleas excuse the graphic language you are about to read, but as my buddy would say “I’m gunna go ape shit” on Legs & Back. What I mean is I’m not holding back, so most likely I will be in a wheel chair Saturday morning. Well that does it for me, I hope everyone has a great night.
