CoachChr1s front ARX, TF Core 20  & Core Med ball!Wow today was tough! Nancy and I did P90X ARX + TF Core 20 + One on One Core Med Ball and it was hell. This was my first time doing the Turbo Fire Core 20 and it’s no BS. If you are looking to get amazing obliques, Core 20 is perfect. Chalene really attacks the obliques during the entire workout. It was surprisingly tough, I found myself collapsing during a couple of the moves, and I can feel how sore they are every time I adjust myself in the chair.

I was so tired by the end of the Core 20 workout, and then Nancy put in Tony’s One on One Core Medicine Ball workout. The Med Ball workout is killer all by its self, but its pure hell after ARX & Core 20. I can only imagine how sloppy I must have looked during the end of the workout, because my body was just giving out. All in all I would do it again, it was a great workout, and Nancy stacked the workouts perfectly!

Tomorrow is Legs & Back, but I might go easy on the back portion, because my buddy Zach and I are going to have a pull-up contest. Being the ultra competitive type, I don’t like to lose. This will be our last gym session before our vacation to AZ, so you know we are going to go all out!
