The Only Thing I Hate More than Recovery Week Is…

The only thing I hate more than recovery week is starting back on our intense routine after taking it super easy the week before. This morning Chris and I did Legs & Back and boy oh boy was it hard!
Now having said that, I do have to admit that I upped my weight on the squat/calf raise move and step back lunges. And I did really great at my pull ups and set some new personal bests there.
But I struggled with nausea and dizziness towards the end. So I wasn’t in a great mood when done as I normally am.
Chris and I are really pushing it this next session. We’ve now been working with P90X and other Beachbody products for 10 months and we want to have a huge reveal when we hit the 1 year mark. Both of us are making really great progress towards our goals where I’m getting leaner and Chris is building more muscle.
