Yesterday Nancy and I did the P90X Biceps, Shoulders & Triceps workout. Boy did we hit it hard, looking back I think I hit it a little too hard. I didn’t pace myself like Tony tells you to, nope I gave it my all, and by the end of the workout, I was so tired, I think I even skipped a move or two. Like I said, I really got after it yesterday pushed my self to the limit, I was on the verge of puking.
Today Nancy and I did ARX + Abs-Wheel + Kettle Balls swings. I could feel my Abs hurting by lunch time, and I’m guessing tomorrow will be worse. Tomorrow we will be doing Chest & Back; we kind of screwed the pooch on that one, because later that night I will be doing an upper body workout at the gym. Oh well, no pain no gain! I decided I need a recovery weekend, so no going out for me this weekend, jus laying low. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
