Destroyed the Bulk Legs Workout.

CoachChr1s front 225x300 Destroyed the Bulk Legs Workout.Today Nancy and I did the Bulk Legs workout from the Body Beast program, and we killed it, or it killed us. What I can say about the workout is that this was one of best performances to date. Even though the workout killed us, meaning it left us with little to no energy, I felt like we really brought it today, and I was very pleased with how hard we pushed ourselves. Both Nancy and I were leaving puddles on the mat, we were so soaked in sweat.

I have a love/ hate relationship with the Bulk Legs workout. I hate the workout because of how ridiculously hard it is. It is by far the most difficult workout for me of the week. With that being said, at the same time I love this workout. The reason I love it, is because of how effective it is. No other leg workout that I’ve tried to date gets me like this one. It is designed to target the quads, hamstrings, and butt, and that is is exactly what it does. I’ve never had a workout that makes my ass this sore in my life ha.

This weekend I am looking forward to kicking back and relaxing. The College World Series came to town yesterday, and tonight is the opening ceremony. My lady and I are planing on heading down there tomorrow to see if we can find some tickets. I’m sure we will find some there is always plethora of scalpers out.
