I’m So Sore!

CoachChr1s front Im So Sore!Yesterday Nancy and I did the P90X Back & Biceps workout. Today I am sorer, than I have been in a long time. I guess that means I really haven’t been bringing-it lately. While my biceps are incredibly sore, my shoulders feel like I completely destroyed them. Feeling this sore puts a smile on my face, because it means I had a great workout, and really ripped my muscles up.

Today Nancy and I did ARX + Ab-Straps + Ab-Wheel. As if mason twists aren’t painful enough, Nancy had me use a 5 pound medicine ball, lol talk about challenging. I almost finished the mason twists, but I can’t lie I fell short around 45. After we finished ARX, we proceeded to do two rounds of Ab-Straps, and two rounds of Ab-wheel hell. By the time we were done, I could barley stand up strait.

Tomorrow we are doing Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. I’m so ready to hit it hard, because I am determined to get super ripped before my vacation. The Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps DVD is my favorite P90X workout, so I am definitely planning to go all out!
