  1. Oh my gosh, my husband and I are Urban Accent junkies..LOL. They have the best blend of seasonings that are so tasty. It cuts down the time to prepare food and you get great tasting food. I’ve also found this brand on sale at Home Goods! I get mine at Whole Foods as well.

  2. It really does make grilled meat taste so good! We particularly like the Vermont Grill seasoning on grilled salmon. What’s your favorite Candice?

  3. I don’t think I have a favorite yet, I like all of them so much..LOL. I totally agree with you that it’s hard to be successful in the long term if everything you eat tastes gross. Then you’ll associate healthy eating with food that doesn’t taste good and that’s a wrong message.

    What I have found is that the longer I eat clean, nutritious foods, the more I want to. It’s actually getting harder to cheat on cheat days because of the quick and unpleasant response my body has to junk foods anymore. I do still force myself to eat, but I’m going to start to focus on eating more food on cheat days that isn’t so bad for me to get the calorie surge without feeling so gross and bloated.
