Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream
Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream
May 1st, 2010 | By Coach Nancy | Category: Shakeology RecipesI like this one because it is so filling and the healthy monounsaturated fat in the peanut butter can actually help you burn more fat! This recipe has 120 more calories than the basic shakeology mixed with water.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream Shakeology Recipe
- 1 scoop (or 1 packet) Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter (I buy Skippy brand – no trans fats and it doesn’t separate much at all. An organic peanut better is even better.)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup 1% or nonfat organic milk (You may use soy, rice, or almond milk provided you find a brand that isn’t chock full of sugar.)
- Ice cubes to taste (Makes it colder and a bit thicker.)

Dark chocolate is my favorite kind of chocolate. Chocolates have some natural antioxidants too.”-
