My Bum Bum is Sore Sore

BrazilButtLiftPackage My Bum Bum is Sore SoreThis week I broke into my new Brazil Butt Lift package and started to use it as a doubles for afternoon workouts.  Monday I did the shape up routine where you use the band standing followed by ‘Bum Bum’.  Yesterday I did the same shape up routine with band and followed that with Cardio Axe.

Today I am feeling it.  Now Monday we also did P90X Legs and Back routine so on Monday I got a double butt workout.  But it was late yesterday and this morning that my delayed muscle soreness really set in.

Now anytime you start a new routine, if you are incorporating new exercises, you are likely to feel it – at least just a  little.  But I am encouraged that I am feeling this deep in my gluteus muscles.  So we’ll see.  A couple weeks from now if I see a measureable improvement in my bum, then this will have been another great Beachbody investment.

Aside from really working my rear, I am also liking the music and tempo of the workout.  Not as challenging as Insanity workouts but those are the toughest I’ve ever done.  Also the length at about 35 minutes for several of these workouts is also just perfect for a ‘doubles’ routine.

If you are looking for a new program to add into your library of workouts, I’m giving Brazil Butt Lift a thumbs up for a great 1st couple of workouts.
