If you’ve been reading along, you know that I’m adding in Brazil Butt Lift workouts into my current P90X routines. Since starting P90X I’ve been a HUGE fan of the Ab Ripper X (ARX) workout. It’s helped me totally transform my abs.
And because it works so well, I’m natuarally skeptical about other ab routines being anywhere near as good. If I’m totally honest, I’ll confess that I’m not very enthusiastic about the ab workout Shaun T walks you through with Insanity. By comparsion to ARX, it’s just child’s play. So when I decided to try out the Brazil Tummy Tuck workout, I was prepared to be unimpressed.
Boy oh boy, was I wrong! The Tummy Tuck routine is tough! Different from ARX routine but probably equally as effective. I quickly got a deep burn and can still feel my abs this morning.
Going forward I will be incorporating Tummy Tuck into my schedule. Instead of doing ARX 3x a week, I’m going to do it 2x per week and then do 1 Tummy Tuck where I did the third ARX.
