Plyometrics – The Mother of all X Workouts!

I guess somehow I forgot just how challenging Tony’s Plyo workout is. I would have to say that it is not as High intensity as Shaun T’s Plyo, but it is way longer, and extremely exhausting.
I started the workout very confident, thinking to my self in the beginning that I wouldn’t even work up a sweat. As I said though by the end of the workout, I thought I was dead. Today was definitely an eye opener, and I will be adding P90X Plyo to my routine a bit more often.
