P90X Doubles – My Way

The weather is warming here in the Great Plains (finally – it seemed more than ever this year as though winter would never end) and of course, my thoughts turn towards being swimsuit ready. I’ve lost a lot of weight and really toned up but I am more committed than ever to developing the best body of my life. Fit over 50 is more than just a motto for me.
And so I’ve started doing doubles. Now there is a schedule with P90X on how they suggest you could do doubles but with the weather so fine, I would rather be outdoors. The P90X Doubles schedule adds in more of their cardio workouts (not plyo though). But with my love of the outdoors (sunshine in particular), I have been alternating running and walking on different days.
BTW, with my neck injury I thought that I’d never be able to run again but I have started again and I seem to be doing fine.
