I was really surprised at how great today’s workout went.. To be honest this weekend was bit stressful as some dear friends of mine parted ways. I didn’t really get the sleep and rest I had hoped for as I was helping move. With that aside…

Nancy did great, and I was pleased with my performance as well. I started to use the 35 Lbs dumbbells… Woo that was difficult. I ripped out about 6 reps each set, before moving down to the 25 pounders. I would go to the 30, but unfortunately we don’t own any. To be honest I’m actually ok with this, as the 25 pounders were pretty difficult. I ripped out quite a few of the diamond push-ups in each set as well. I am planning on posting new pics, not this weekend, but next. I look forward to comparing the pics against my 90 day, and seeing the size increase I’ve been going for.
