High Intensity Weight Training

We did a workout that worked upper and lower body, but focused on two muscle groups. The two muscle groups we focused on were the Bicep, and Pectoral muscles. The workout went well, and by the end of it my Biceps and Pecs felt pretty taxed.
Something I would like to point out is how great I felt after the workout. Now I usually feel pretty good after a workout but today was noticeably better than usual. I’m not sure if it was Nancy’s new workout or what, but I felt fantastic. We will see how I feel by the end of the week before I jump to any conclusions.
