Better Than The Fat Burning Furnace

150Day-Thumbnail-3There seems to be a buzz in a few circles about this new ebook called The Fat Burning Furnace. While the homepage on the website gives you precious little actionable information (this should be your first clue about the quality of the program), it seems to advocate 3 sessions of high intensity training each week. I’m guessing it’s going to be primarily weight lifting. And I’ll have to assume that there is an eating plan to go with it because we all know that a significant body makeover needs a coordinated plan of exercise and eating.

But here’s the thing. Most people already know they need to exercise and eat right, but they don’t do it. Maybe that includes you – it used to include me. I’m not proud of how I looked before my makeover but I knew I wasn’t eating properly or exercising at a level to make a real change.

What I needed and I’ll bet you’ll agree you need too is a plan that tells you step by step with a real trainer what exercises to do and the order to do them. That’s why I love P90X. 12 unique DVDs (plus 2 bonus workouts) will challenge your muscles at the right level to make a real difference. And yes, the plan runs 6 days a week, not 3 but do you really want to change? If you are significantly out of shape you need to really work hard to get your body to ‘wake up’ again.

With P90X you get a plan to follow. And it’s EASY! Just pick the right DVD for the day and plop it into your player and press play. P90X also provides you a solid meal planning system so you can address both sides of the weight loss equation (i.e. calories in AND calories out).

And finally, if you purchase P90X from me here, you get me helping you each step of the way. No modest 6 week commitment on emails but a forum I support every day and, of course, I respond to comments here too.

Truly I firmly believe that P90X will get you much greater results than the Fat Burning Furnace ever could. When you are ready to take action, choose wisely, choose P90X.
