Getting used to X-Reps
Getting used to X-Reps

Today’s workout was shoulders, biceps, and triceps. But instead of doing the entire workout twice through as Tony has you do, we did X-Reps.
X-Reps are something new Nancy and I are doing. Basically X-reps are a pulsing move we do at the end of our reps. For example with regular curls, we do our reps until failure. Then we do our X-Reps, which as I said are a pulsing move, and it is performed at the point in the move that has the most tension. This system of X-Reps was created for the soul purpose of building muscle at an alarming rate. We started X-Reps for real at the beginning of the week.
I can’t wait to see what kind of progress we make with the X-Reps method. Unfortunately I’m not sure I will count this week as I have been sick since Saturday, and I have not been able to do my absolute best. Although I must say after Monday’s Chest & Back workout my pecks looked a lot bigger. Anyway I will continue to post about the X-Reps, what I like, what I dislike, and basically let anyone who is interested know whether they should implement X-Reps.
