Now before I give the details realize that this diet is proposed as a fairly short term diet for those who need to drop 10 – 15lbs in 4 – 6 weeks. It is not intended to be a long term program for those who need to lose significant weight.
This is also a very simple diet. It consists of 2 chocolate shakes each day and 2 chocolate nutrition bars. It will cost you about $3 plus what you spend on dinner. Pretty cheap when you calculate that you probably spend more on lunch each day (even if you bring your lunch) and isn’t any more than a latte from Starbucks.
Here it is:
Breakfast: (1) Chocolate shake made from one scoop of Gaspari’s Myofusion Protein and 1 cup skim milk plus water to get it to desired thickness. Add in a small handful of almonds or walnuts or eat one small apple. Calories about 300.
Mid Morning Snack: (1) Snicker’s Marathon Dark Chocolate Crisp bar. Calories 150.
Lunch: (1) Myofusion Milk Chocolate Protein drink plus one small banana. Calories about 300
Mid Afternoon Snack: (1) Snickers Marathon Dark Chocolate Crisp bar. Calories 150.
Dinner: 4 oz of lean meat or fish broiled or grilled. One cup green veggies (your choice) steamed. Small dinner salad with diet dressing.
Add to this a modest workout each day and you will see weight loss. The higher protein and lower carbs eaten on this diet will help you quickly shed excess water weight and turn your body into a fat burner.
Also another low calorie diet that I’m not as big a fan of is the cookie diet which is even lower calorie and uses cookies you buy. It is a bit costly but if you stick with it, effective.
