CoachChr1s front 225x300 P90X2   YogaX2Today was a YogaX2 day for Nancy and I. I have to admit yoga is probably my least favorite workout in the program. I understand that it is important, and I’ll even admit I always feel great once the workout is over. For some reason I just don’t enjoy yoga, and I’m pretty sure it is because yoga (for me) consists of a lot of uncomfortable moves.

I do however have a few favorite moves from the workout. I like happy baby, I also really like child’s pose, but my favorite move from Yoga is corpse (lol). I realize the moves I listed are the three easiest moves from the workout, none the less they are my favs. I know it is strange but I also really like doing the Ohms at the end of the workout, it just feels good to me.

Tonight I am planning on eating a Kashi margarita pizza for dinner. I am going to start a load of laundry, and as soon as it is finished I am hitting the bed. I hope everyone has a fantastic evening.
