P90X2 – Shoulders & Arms!

CoachChr1s front 225x300 P90X2   Shoulders & Arms!Today Nancy and I did the Shoulders & Arms workout from P90X2, and I loved every minute of it. This workout is by far my favorite from P90X2. I was hoping a few of the workouts would produce the kind of pump I got from P90X, and this one delivers. Not only did I get a great pump from the workout, it flew by. The workout moved right along, so fast in fact that when Tony announced we were entering the third set of the workout, Nancy and I looked at each other in disbelief.

What I really liked about this workout was the repetition, 3 sets of the same moves. In P90X there were a few workouts with some really great moves, however Tony would only have you do one set. In this workout the you hit those great moves three times, and I felt like I got a much greater workout in the targeted areas.

Tonight I am going to make myself a burger and veggies, and relax while watching the SYFY series Face Off, I may even through a load of laundry in. I hope everyone has a fantastic evening!
