Congratulations on making a commitment to a healthier, leaner lifestyle!
I’d take the recovery week and then start Classic. You really will need at least 1500 calories a day but half the battle is eating the right foods, not just managing the calorie total. Lean proteins are key to building lean mass and burning a ton of fat. Many women don’t eat enough protein.
