I’m a female who NEEDS to lose about 100 pounds and am confused about which program would best suit me. I’m going back and forth between the lean program and the doubles, and would really like some help. Suggestions?

- I’m afraid to do the Classic program because I don’t want my fat to turn to muscle. I’ve always thought that if I did muscle training I would still be as big, just muscular, and I don’t want that. I just really want to be petite again.
