Nancy: I have tried to read through all the posts so as not to duplicate questions but there are just soooo many. You do such a great job in answering and have such great advice. I got the p90x program as a gift and need some help getting started knowing whether to start classic or lean. I am 46, weight 128 and am 5’6″. I want to get rid of my belly, muffin top, and the extra fat on my thighs and backside. I also want to firm up my arms from the jiggles. I know I am not overweight but want to get off the extra jiggle and firm up. I am pretty active walking and doing aerobics already and am ready for a challenge. I have a pretty decent diet with fruits and whole grains but probably not enough protein. During the holidays I splurged on sweets and here I am! Which program would be best for me? I am a little bothered that several on this forum said they saw few results after 3-4 weeks. Is this normal? Thanks so such for your time,
