P90X2 – Shoulders & Arms!

CoachChr1s front 225x300 P90X2   Shoulders & Arms!Today Nancy and I did the P90X2 shoulders and arms workout instead of yoga. We are a day off this week, and I felt like I would rather miss yoga, than miss shoulders & arms, or back and base. Once again I came ready to bring it today. Nancy and stepped up our weight and we both pushed our selves to the limit. I started out with 30s for the one legged curl, and surprisingly I was able to do them with good form.

Tonight it is finally taco night! I swear sometimes I think I live my life for taco night. Okay not really but I do love taco nights. After dinner with the family, I plan on heading home and playing some H3 before I go to bed. I hope everyone has a fantastic evening.
