    Coach Chris

    Chris was the classic model of a guy who had always had a high metabolism. This kept him thin (even skinny) for years. But after becoming manager of customer service, sitting at a desk job began to take its toll. While he still looked good in clothes, Chris was embarrassed about the gut he was developing and he was tried of his skinny arms. It was time for a change!

    Coach Nancy

    After turning 50 Nancy was concerned over how much fat she had put on - especially around her gut! While she had previously been a fit person, injuries sustained from injuries 5 years previously has sidelined her exercising.
